Please note that on January 1, the National Water Holding Polish Waters has been created – it is the main entity responsible for water management in our country.

The Polish Waters took over existing receivables, liabilities, rights and obligations of the National Water Management Authority and regional water management authorities. The new entity was established under the Act of 20 July, 2017 – Water Law, in order to ensure more efficient management of our great common good – water resources.
