According to art. 39 paragraph 1 and art. 54 paragraph 2 of the Act on providing information on the environment and environmental protection, public participation in environmental protection and on environmental impact assessment dated 3 October 2008 (Journal of Laws no. 199, item 1227 as amended) President of the National Water Management Board hereby notifies about the public consultation in the strategic environmental assessment process for the Flood Risk Management Plans (FRMPs).

These consultations are carried out as part of a procedure for the assessment of the environmental impact of plans, known as a strategic environmental assessment process.

The documents have been published at http://www.powodz.gov.pl website, in “Plany” tab, while paper copies of the documents are available at the offices of KZGW and all Regional Water Management Boards. There are four nationwide conferences to be held during the public consultations: in Wroclaw, Krakow, Warsaw and Szczecin.

Stakeholders can familiarize with the documentation and provide comments and motions to the President of the National Water Management Board between 10th and 31st July 2015. Comments and motions submitted after that period will not be considered. For more information please see „Konsultuj” tab at this website.
